Christina Ramsey ("we," "us," "our") operates christinaramsey.ca (the "Site") and provides Reiki, Chakradance™, and related wellness services (the "Services"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you visit the Site, book a session, or fill out a form.

We collect information you provide directly to us, including:

Contact information: name, email address, phone number
Booking information: session dates, service selections, appointment details
Payment information: when you pay via PayPal, you are directed to PayPal's own platform and enter your payment details directly with them — we never receive, collect, or store your card, bank, or PayPal account details. For e-transfer, your bank handles the transaction directly. In both cases, your payment information is governed by PayPal's or your bank's own privacy policy, not ours.
Intake and health information: if you book a Reiki or Chakradance session, we may ask you to complete an intake form. This may include information about your physical, emotional, or energetic wellbeing, medical history relevant to your session, or intentions/goals for your session.
Communications: messages you send us through contact forms, email, or social media

We do not use third-party advertising or analytics trackers (such as Google Analytics or Meta/Facebook Pixel) on this Site. Information is collected directly through the forms you fill out.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

Schedule, confirm, and provide your sessions
Personalize and inform the wellness services we provide to you
Communicate with you about your bookings, including reminders and follow-ups
Respond to your questions and requests
Improve our Services and Site
Comply with legal and record-keeping obligations

3. Health & Intake Information

Information shared through intake forms is used solely to help us provide safe, personalized Reiki and Chakradance sessions. This information:

Is kept confidential and is not shared with third parties except as required by law
Is used only by Christina Ramsey in connection with your sessions
Is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for your ongoing care and our records, after which it is securely deleted upon request

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

If required by law or court order, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Christina Ramsey, our clients, or others

Note: because payment is completed directly on PayPal's platform or through your bank, we never receive or hold your payment information, so there is nothing for us to share in that respect (see Section 1).

5. Payment Information

Payments for Services are made via PayPal or e-transfer. We do not collect or store your credit card or bank account numbers. Any payment information is handled directly by PayPal or your financial institution under their own privacy and security policies.

6. Cookies

The Site may use basic functional cookies necessary for the Site to work properly (e.g., remembering form entries or site preferences). We do not use cookies for third-party advertising or cross-site tracking.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal information, including intake information, only for as long as necessary to provide our Services, maintain reasonable business and client records, and comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion of your information at any time (see Section 9).

8. Data Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
