Welcome to christinaramsey.ca (the "Site"), operated by Christina Ramsey ("we," "us," "our"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Site and your booking or purchase of Reiki, Chakradance™, and related wellness services (the "Services").

By using the Site or booking a Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or book a Service.

1. About Our Services

Christina Ramsey offers Reiki sessions, Chakradance™ classes, and related wellness offerings focused on energy healing and sacred movement.

Important disclaimer: Reiki, Chakradance™, and related energy/wellness practices are complementary holistic practices. They are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric diagnosis, treatment, or advice. Christina Ramsey is not a licensed medical doctor, psychologist, or therapist, and nothing provided through the Services should be taken as medical advice.

Always consult a qualified healthcare provider regarding any physical or mental health condition, before starting or stopping any medical treatment, or if you have any health concerns.
If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, contact emergency services or a crisis line immediately.
Results and experiences from Reiki and Chakradance sessions vary from person to person, and we make no guarantees about specific outcomes.

2. Eligibility

You must be the age of majority in British Columbia (19+) to book Services, or have consent from a parent/guardian. By booking, you confirm the information you provide (including on intake forms) is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge.

3. Bookings & Payment

Services may be booked through the Site's booking system.
Payment is accepted via PayPal or e-transfer, as arranged at the time of booking.
Full payment (or any deposit specified at booking) is required to confirm your session or class spot, unless otherwise agreed.
Prices are listed in [CAD] and are subject to change; the price confirmed at the time of booking will apply to that booking.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

This policy applies to all Reiki sessions and Chakradance™ classes.
- 24+ hours' notice: Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your scheduled session/class for a full refund or a free reschedule.
- Less than 24 hours' notice (late cancellation): You will be charged 50% of the session/class fee.
- No-shows: If you do not attend your scheduled session/class without prior notice, you will be charged the full fee.
- Emergencies & illness: We understand that genuine emergencies and illness happen. Exceptions to this policy may be made at our discretion on a case-by-case basis.
  Please reach out as soon as you're able.
- We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel a session or class due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances on our end, in which case you will be offered a full refund or a rescheduled session at no charge.

5. Intake Forms & Health Information

For certain Services, you will be asked to complete an intake form, which may include information about your health, wellbeing, or intentions for the session. This information is collected and used as described in our Privacy Policy, and is used solely to help provide safe and personalized sessions. You are responsible for disclosing any relevant health conditions that may affect your session.

6. Client Responsibilities & Assumption of Risk

By booking a Service, you acknowledge and agree that:

You are voluntarily participating in Reiki and/or Chakradance sessions
You are responsible for your own physical and emotional wellbeing during and after sessions
You will inform Christina Ramsey of any relevant health conditions, injuries, or concerns before your session
You assume all risks associated with participation in the Services

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Christina Ramsey is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or participation in the Services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, images, logos, and the "Chakradance™" name and materials, is owned by or licensed to Christina Ramsey (or their respective owners) and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.

9. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued according to the Cancellation & Rescheduling policy above (Section 4):

Full refund or session credit for cancellations made 24+ hours in advance
50% refund for late cancellations (less than 24 hours' notice)
No refund for no-shows, except at Christina's discretion in genuine emergency/illness situations
If a session or class is cancelled by us, you will receive a full refund or a free reschedule[Insert your refund policy — e.g., whether sessions/classes are refundable, non-refundable, or refundable only under certain conditions such as illness or advance notice.]

10. Privacy
